Our Cancellation Policy
We sincerely cherish each reservation that we receive, and we invest a lot into preparing for your arrival. Many of our guests plan for and book their stay well in advance. While this a wise approach, it also results in an extended period of time for unforeseen circumstances to arise; sometimes resulting in an itinerary change or a cancellation.
A $20 fee is applied to all cancellations.
Refunds will not be given for cancellations within 5 calendar days of a reservation.
Reservations of up to 5 rooms have a 15-day cancellation policy, and will be charged at a rate of $20 per room.
Reservations of 5+ rooms have a 15-day cancellation policy and will be charged at a rate of $300 per night.
