Yoder’s Guest House was built in 1901 by Dr. B. Litchty for his residence and practice. The original, glazed bevelled glass doors and hardwood floors offer a welcoming charm to this former mansion. In 1971, it was purchased by Don and Martha Yoder and they converted it into a motel
We purchased Yoder’s Motel in May of 2014. We began renovations to reflect our own personality and view of the future of the building. These renovations are the genesis of our own personality and the view of the buildings future.
Yoder’s Guest House offers 5 guest rooms, each with a private bath. Our 3rd floor rooms and suite can be uniquely configured to accommodate a family or a larger group. We have several common areas where you can have alone time or gather with other guests. In the morning please enjoy the complimentary continental breakfast.
